DECISION: To (a) confirm support in principle for the five year Southey Owlerton Accessibility Strategy and to consult on setting the future priorities via annual Action Plans and (b) endorse an extension of Local Transport Plan (LTP) funding support into 2008/09 for the first chosen scheme, a signalised pedestrian crossing of Herries Road at Scraith Wood Drive.
