DECISION:  That (a) the tender of Wernick Buildings Ltd in the sum of £390,553.00 with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations, be accepted in respect of Beighton Nursery Infant School new Children’s Centre (b) a letter of acceptance for this project  be issued and (c) the spending profile be noted.

DECISION:  That (a) the tender of J. Lee and Sons (Sheffield) Ltd in the sum of £79,849.00 on a fixed price, be accepted in respect of Hillsborough Nursery Infant and Junior School Outreach Children’s Centre (b) a letter of acceptance for this project be issued and (c) the spending profile be noted.

DECISION:  To approve the programme of schemes for the Local Transport Plan Supplementary Funding Programme for delivery in the year 2007/08.

DECISION:  To (i) instruct the MVA Consultancy Ltd to further develop the District SATURN Highway Transport Model under the terms and conditions of their existing Strategic Transport Modelling Framework Agreement with Sheffield City Council and Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and (ii) approve the CP Form A associated with this project.

DECISION:  To approve the purchase of Qtier Rapor, reporting software, to run on the new Oracle Enterprise One Financial System, at a total cost of £112,000.

DECISION:  To (a) note the actual capital expenditure as at 31st March 2007 (b) approve the revised programme (total slippage of £8,822k from 2006/07 to 2007/08) and (c) approve the expenditure as authorised in the CPA form of £7,600k.
