EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/HEAD OF SERVICE: Deputy Director of Corporate Resources
CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Steve Jones
DECISION: It is recommended that (a) approval be given to slip part of the Vehicle and Plant acquisition programme (£1.5 million) from the current Approved 2007/08 Capital programme to that for 2008/09 as outlined in paragraph 3 (b) it be noted that the position on the Chief Executive’s 200708 Capital Programme (after allowing for the adjustment above) is projected to be to budget and (c) that in line with the Financial Framework, the Director of Corporate Resources be required to report back on the position at the end of September 2007.

DECISION: Approval of variation to the band A report and CP form A in respect of the Regeneration of Handsworth Recreation Ground masterplan implementation.

DECISION: That (a) authority to accept the tender of P Casey (Land Reclamation) Ltd in the sum of £445,348.19 with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations, be granted (b) authorisation for the Head of Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for this project be granted and (c) the spending profile be noted.
