DECISION: To endorse the preliminary steps taken so far in relation to the appointment of anIndependent Programme Management expertise for City Development (2007 – 2010) and to approve the continuation of the process, with a view to seeking Cabinet approval to appoint the preferred bidder once the procurement exercise is complete.

DECISION: Authority was delegated in May 2007 to enter the tendering process to find a potential supplier, negotiate implementation and maintenance costs and agree contract terms for the provision of Recruitment and Bookings Software for SESSA. This process has now been undertaken and authority is now sought to award the contract to Supreme Education plc.
