NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority to accept the tender of Seddon (Stoke) Ltd in the sum of £1,348,268.71 with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations, be granted in respect of the Wybourn Children’s Centre and (b) authorisation for the Head of Design & Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for this project be granted and the spending profile be noted.
