DECISION: That (a) the revised programme be noted and approved (b) the management arrangements and in particular the responsibilities delegated to/or commissioned from Sheffield Homes be agreed (c) officers continue to monitor the position on the Neighbourhoods Investment Programme and take any actions which are necessary in order to ensure that expenditure is constrained within the level of resource available.

DECISION: To appoint DTZ as consultants for a fixed price sum of £99,829 ex VAT to be jointly funded by English Partnerships and Housing Market Renewal in respect of the Masterplanning Consultants to carry out a study of the East ADF Centres.
