NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to accept the tender of EDAW in the sum of £274,926.00 to be financed as set out in section 4 of the attached report, and that accordingly EDAW be appointed to prepare and Economic Masterplan for Sheffield, in the belief that this will help to promote the economic well-being of Sheffield, the detailed terms of this appointment to be agreed by the Chief Executive.
