DECISION: That (a) the contract with Scottish and Southern for electricity supply to sub 100kW sites be extended for a further year to 30th September 2008, and that Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) be asked to advise the Council on the best time to agree prices with Scottish and Southern for the contract year October 2007 to September 2008 and (b) the Procurement and Contracting arrangements for the Council’s natural gas and 100kW electricity supply contracts for October 2007 onwards, and the sub100 electricity contract from October 2008 onwards be secured through the YPO Framework.

DECISION: That (a) authority to accept the tender of J White and Co (TDE) Ltd in the sum of £227, 400.00 on a fixed price basis be granted (b) authorisation for the Head of Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for this project be granted and (c) the spending profile be noted.
