DECISION:  That (a) the tender of Baggaley and Jenkins Ltd in the sum of £234,339.00 on a fixed price basis be accepted in respect of Monteney Primary School Outreach Children’s Centre (b) a letter of acceptance for this project be issued (c) approval to the expenditure of £600.00 for “other work” by way of direct order and (d) the spending profile be noted.

DECISION:  To authorise the purchase of (a) licences for the use of software in producing learning materials to support of the introduction of Oracle Enterprise One and (b) professional services to support the installation and initial use of the software.
