CABINET MEMBERS: Councillor Chris Weldon
DECISION: The City Council to procure the provision of services to rough sleepers, the tendering process to be (a) publication of a market brief with pre-qualification questionnaire (b) followed by a shortlisting and (c) subsequent invitations to tender to the shortlisted service providers.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/HEAD OF SERVICE: Deputy Director of Corporate Resources
CABINET MEMBERS: Councillor Steve Jones
DECISION: To agree (a) Heads of Service to note that the Chief Executive’s Directorate 2006/07 Capital Expenditure Outturn showed a net underspend (after slippage of expenditure) of £285k on its Approved Programme of £4.511 million (b) slippage of expenditure of £13k (as identified in section 6) be approved and (c) that this position be consolidated into a Cabinet report on the overall Council’s Capital Programme for approval in June.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/HEAD OF SERVICE: Deputy Director of Corporate Resources
CABINET MEMBERS: Councillor Steve Jones
DECISION: It is recommended that Heads of Service note (a) the Chief Executive’s Directorate managed to deliver a small underspend of £85,000 on its 2006/07 approved budget of £43 million (b) the Directorate achieved the 95% Corporate target level of performance for the payment of creditors within 30 days in 2006/07 (c) the Directorate delivered a 3% improvement in debtors performance (above the 90% Corporate target), such that 91% of account raised were fully paid within 90 days and (d) the key contents of this report will be incorporated into a Cabinet report on the overall Council’s 2006/07 Revenue Budget outturn in June.

DECISION: To agree the contracting of Open Forum For Economic Regeneration (OFFER) to deliver the recruitment and support to Parenting Representatives to each of the seven Service Districts.

CABINET MEMBERS: Councillor Jan Wilson
DECISION: To confirm arrangements made between the City Council and the Trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Funds for a grant of £470,000 of Heritage Lottery Funds by contract dated 9th February, 2006 and to authorise the Council to enter into the Project Legal Agreement with Steel Valley Project Limited to enable the Wharncliffe and Upper Don, Stone Steel Project to be implemented.
