DECISION:  Approval for additional capital spend and delegated authority as appropriate for the Regeneration of Devonshire Green and Gell Street Park project to be finished to an appropriate standard.

DECISION:  Approval of revised CPA form and to note extension and revisions to project and proposed procurement process in respect of the River Sheaf Improvement Project.

DECISION:  An urgent capital allocation following the Great Storm, totalling £140,000 is made available to progress the recovery phase, and that the CPA funds provided are approved.

DECISION:  To seek approval to extend external consultancy support to cover the role of Programme Manager pending the completion of the recruitment and selection process to fill the post on a permanent basis.
