NATURE OF DECISION:   That (a) approval be given to (i) the South Yorkshire Safe and Warm Scheme detailed in the report and (ii) the transfer of £750,000 to Doncaster MBC from the Supported Borrowing Approval detailed in the report in order to fund the scheme; and (b) authority be given for the Head of Housing Strategy to negotiate the terms of, enter into and administer an agreement with the Doncaster MBC, for provision of services in connection with the South Yorkshire Energy Efficiency Advice Centre in accordance with the details contained in the report.
