NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to an application for Heritage Lottery Funding for a Partnership Project involving the South Yorkshire Forest Partnership and the Steel Valley Project to interpret and improve access to the local heritage of the Wharncliffe and Upper Don area.

NAME OF CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Veronica Hardstaff
NATURE OF DECISION: That authority be given to the Executive Director to enter into a revised Supplemental Services Agreement with Sheffield Futures for youth service provision.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) approval be given to allocate LSC funding up to £25,000 to Northern College a major provider of adult and community learning for Sheffield residents; (b) to agree that the distribution of the funding for North College during the academic year 2005/06 may be split across two financial years 2005/06 and 2006/07 and (c) to agree to waive Standing Orders requiring tenders/quotations for the service provider.
