NATURE OF DECISION: That, in accordance with the requirements of Yorkshire Forward and English Partnerships for a sealed Development Agreement in connection with the demolition of Sheaf and Dyson House, approval be given to sign the Agreement under Common Seal.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the City Council now advises Rotherham MBC that, although the principle of a new link road is still supported by the Council in relation to the proposals for Waverley, the Council could not support the provision of a new link road along the route shown in Option C; (b) the City Council requests that alternative options and, in particular, Option E are now actively pursued; and (c) a further report will be prepared and submitted to the Cabinet once Rotherham MBC have concluded which route is to be pursued.
