NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to (a) the CP Form A for the supply and installation of skate park equipment, basketball goals, all weather surfacing to mini soccer pitch and repairs and decoration to the existing bandstand at Ecclesfield Park, Ecclesfield and (b) award the contracts to Street Force, Kier and Lightmain Leisure.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Parkdale Play and Leisure Limited in the sum of £46,668 on a fixed price basis in relation to the Norfolk Heritage Park Multi-Use Games Area and (ii) for the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the project; and (b) the spending profile be noted.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to appoint Sheffield Wildlife Trust as consultant to (a) complete local consultations in relation to Open Space Improvements to Barber’s Field, (b) agree works to the limit of the available Section 106 Capital Allocation, (c) develop and seek tenders for work and (d) oversee the contract for the work.
