NATURE OF DECISION:            That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the revised tender of Land and Water Services Limited in the sum of £1,334,388.43 in respect of the Five Weirs Walk Phase 6B Project and (ii) the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; (b) confirmation be given to the actions of the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management, in ordering advanced work in the sum of £3,776 for Knotweed Spraying; and (c) the spending profile be noted.
