NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to the revised Local Transport Plan Integrated Transport Block Allocations and Programmes.

NAME OF CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Steve Jones
NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the Heads of Service note the contents of the Chief Executive's Directorate 2004/05 Revenue Budget Monitoring Report and continue to manage expenditure commitments in order to absorb the impact of "one year" pressures within their existing approved budget; and (b) the Director of Corporate Resources be requested to report the provisional out-turn position in May, 2005, in line with the budget reporting requirements of the Financial Framework.
