NATURE OF DECISION: That delegated authority be given for the Head of Civic Accommodation, in conjunction with the Assistant Chief Executive, Legal and Governance, on behalf of the Executive Director, Children and Young People, to enter into a five year lease arrangement with Oak Glade Property Management at a total rental of £70,000 over the five year period in respect of 52/54 Loundside, Chapeltown.
