NATURE OF DECISION:            That confirmation be given to the action of the Head of Environment and Regulatory Services in the issue of letters of acceptance for Consultancy Services in respect of Hillsborough Park Pavilion.

NATURE OF DECISION:  That approval be given for (a) the HLF 10 Year Management and Maintenance Plan for Norfolk Heritage Park, to be formally adopted by Sheffield City Council, as required by the contract between Sheffield City Council and the HLF, to enable the final draw down of monies from the HLF and (b) the financial resources required to implement the HLF 10 Year Management and Maintenance Plan to be recognised and allocated, on an annual basis, for a minimum of 10 years after the completion of the restoration scheme.

NATURE OF DECISION:            That approval be given for the Council (through leaf Human Resources) to enter into (a) contractual arrangements to deliver services within 25 Barnsley Schools, one school in Wakefield MBC and to deliver Headteacher training in partnership with Calderdale Council and (b) possible contractual arrangements with other clients, notably Barnsley Local Education Authority and Tribal Education.

NATURE OF DECISION:            That approval be given to proceed with the procurement of the ICT components of the e-enabled family Learning Projects in Burngreave and Southey/Owlerton.

NAME OF CABINET MEMBER:            Councillor Steve Jones
 
NATURE OF DECISION:            That (a) approval be given to the release of funds for the proposed acquisitions of sites at Ardmore Street, Sheffield; (b) delegated authority be given to the City Property Manager to pursue the relevant acquisitions, highways orders and then disposal; (c) the acquisition be temporarily funded from within the Capital Programme pending the capital receipt and, should this not prove possible, then Prudential Borrowing should be undertaken: and (d) the use of Compulsory Purchase Order powers be agreed, in principle, to acquire any plots that cannot be purchased by agreement.
