NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the Children and Young People's Directorate Revenue Budget Monitoring Report (Quarter 2 to September, 2005) showing an underspend of £300,000 on the Education element of the budget, be noted; and (b) confirmation be given to the Executive Director of the need to continue to identify further management action, as required, to maintain a balanced budget.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to the arrangements for the use of the grant allocated to Sheffield City Council for 2005/06 in relation to funding for Implementing Electronic Government.

NATURE OF DECISION: That authority be given to appoint Ove Arup and Partners Limited to undertake the commissioning of further research work on Employment Land Requirements for Sheffield, following on from initial work already undertaken for the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Assembly as part of the review of the Regional Spatial Strategy.
