NATURE OF DECISION: To agree the changes approved by the Trustees to the Articles of Association for the Sheffield Galleries and Museums Trust as required by the Agreement with the City Council.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept a negotiated tender of Kier Sheffield LLP under the Jobs Compact Initiative in respect of the Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment (Community Enterprise Training and Employment Programme 2005/06) in the sum of £1m and (ii) for the Assistant Head, Sheffield Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the scheme; and (b) the spending profile be noted.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to the recommendations of the Council officer to purchase wood fuel processing equipment as described in the report.

NAME OF OFFICER: Head of Regeneration and Partnership
NAME OF CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Chris Weldon
NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given for (a) provision of a grant to the Youth Association South Yorkshire to carry out the Community Cohesion – Darnall Strand Objective 1 Project as a whole; (b) the Head of Regeneration and Partnership to agree the detailed outputs and milestones for the project with the Youth Association South Yorkshire and (c) the Head of Regeneration and Partnership (in consultation with the Assistant Chief Executive, Legal and Governance) to approve the terms of and enter into any contractual agreements to give effect to the project.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given (a) to the administration of the Home Loans Scheme provided to other Local Authorities to be undertaken by the City Council and (b) for the procurement evaluation services relating to individual loan applications to be made under the home loan scheme.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to adopt a two stage approach to produce the Masterplans for Brightside/Shiregreen with separate consultant appointments, one for visioning and one for masterplanning.
