NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of PC Building Services in the sum of £99,925 on a fixed price basis in respect of Burngreave Facelifts 2005/2006 – Contract 2 and (ii) for the Assistant Head: Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the project; and (b) the spending profile be noted.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to (a) place an order with Street Force to carry out the footpath improvement and site clearance works in connection with the River Sheaf Access Strategy, (b) place an order with Handspring Design to design and fabricate information boards and entrance feature and (c) proceed to implement waymarking signage via the Development Services Traffic Management Team.
