NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the Capital Projects Approval - Leeshall Wood Contaminated Land Investigation Report be noted and the expenditure to undertake the remediation options appraisal be endorsed; and (b) approval be given to the CP Form A.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the report on Capital Projects Approval - Remediation of two gardens at Mill Lane, Milldale Road, Totley, be noted; and (b) approval be given to the CP Form A in relation to the Scheme.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of English Landscapes Limited in the revised sum of £858,134.27 with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations in respect of Cookson Park Phase 2, (ii) for the Head of Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; and (b) the spending profile be noted.

NAME OF CABINET MEMBERS: Councillors Mick Rooney and Veronica Hardstaff
NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the Social Services Revenue Monitoring Position for 2005/06 as at 30th June, 2005, and the management actions under way, be noted; and (b) any action beyond the delegated authority of Officers charged with managing the budget will be discussed with the Cabinet Member and relevant authorisation will be sought through a further report.
