NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the negotiated tender of Frank Haslam Milan Co. Limited in the sum of £476,149.85 on a fixed price basis in respect of the Rock Street Improvement Project and (ii) for the Assistant Head: Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the project; (b) the waiver of Standing Order C2.4 be confirmed; and (c) the spending profile be noted.

NATURE OF DECISION: That, subject to the outcome of negotiations in relation to the scope and cost of the Service (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Consultant C, Roger Evans Associates Limited in the sum of £37,735 or such lesser sum on a fixed price basis in respect of the Southey Owlerton Streetscene Works - Highways and Landscape Design Consultancy Services and (ii) for the Assistant Head: Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for this Service; and (b) the spending profile be noted.
