NATURE OF DECISION:            That approval be given to the infrastructure works to Manor Fields/Deep Pits Park and to delegate authority to the Assistant Chief Executive, Legal and Governance, in consultation with the Head of Parks, Woodlands and Countryside, to enter into all appropriate documentation to facilitate grant funding.

NATURE OF DECISION:            That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of GS Tomlinson Civil Engineering Limited in the sum of £433,435.67 with a variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations in respect of Manor Fields Footpath Network Phase 1 and (ii) for the Assistant Head:  Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the project; (b) approval be given to the expenditure of £2,000 for “other work” by way of direct order; and (c) the spending profile be noted.

NATURE OF DECISION:            That the Head of Service note that the Chief Executive’s Directorate achieved a small underspend of £426,000 on its approved cash limit of £28.294m and that this position will be consolidated into a Cabinet report on the overall Council’s Revenue Budget Out-Turn in June, 2005.

NATURE OF DECISION:   That (a) the Heads of Service note that the Chief Executive’s Directorate 2004/05 Capital Out-Turn showed a small net underspend (after slippage of expenditure and specific resources) of £46,000 on its approved Programme of £3.218m; (b) the slippage of expenditure and specific resources (as identified in Section 6 of the report) be approved; and (c) this position will be consolidated into a Cabinet report on the overall Council’s capital programme for approval in June.
