NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) approval be given to the Capital Programme 2005/06 (Month 6 Monitoring Report) in respect of the Children and Young People's Directorate; and (b) authority be given for new/revised expenditure of £9.9m, giving a programme in excess of £109.5m for future years as detailed in the CPA Forms.
