NATURE OF DECISION: That the report on the establishment of fees and charges under Part 8 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 (“High Hedges”) be noted and the recommended fees for the financial year 2005/06 as specified in Section 3.1 of the report be agreed.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the negotiated price of Wates Construction Limited for the “Enabling Works” package for the Handsworth Site Children’s Homes Project in the £168,069.71 on a fixed price basis and (ii) for the Assistant Head: Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the “Enabling Works” package for this project; and
(b) the spending profile be noted.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given for the contract for the provision of Temporary Workers for the period 1st April, 2005 to 31st March, 2007 to be awarded to the three suppliers detailed in the report.
