NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) confirmation be given to capital expenditure to the total value of £220,096 as per the City Council's take-up of its main (2005/06) allocation of Mental Health Supported Capital Expenditure (Revenue); and (b) approval be given to (i) request Corporate Finance to put in place the appropriate funding arrangements and (ii) the process for authorising the allocation and use of this expenditure.
