NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to sign the Yorkshire Forward Funding Agreement in respect of Sheaf Square/Howard Street.

NAME OF OFFICER: Executive Director, Development, Environment and Leisure
NAME OF CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Gill Furniss
NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to (a) progressing the restoration proposals for the Serre War Memorial Park as set out in the report;
(b) the necessary financial guarantees to be given to the York and Lancaster Regimental Association to a maximum of £30,000 to enable the project to progress; and
(c) appropriate support be given to the York and Lancaster Regimental Association to assist them in their public appeal.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to the CPA Variation Form for the new Tinsley Children’s Centre.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to the provision of a loan to the Inspiral Partnership to assist with their projects.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the delivery arrangements for the Objective 1 funded project “Metals Information for the 21st Century: MI 21”, as set out in the report be noted; and
(b) that approval be given to (i) entering into a Partnership Collaboration Agreement with the parties detailed in the report to deliver Phase 1 of the Project under terms satisfactory to the Head of Leisure Services, in consultation with the Director of Legal and Administrative Services, (ii) WMI undertaking the activities outlined in paragraph 3.12 of the report, (iii) the expenditure profile in paragraph 6.2 of the report and (iv) participation in the project being likely to promote and improve the economic well-being of Sheffield.
