NATURE OF DECISION:            That (a) the Heads of Service note the contents of the Chief Executive's Directorate 2005/06 Revenue Budget Monitoring Report and continue to manage expenditure commitments in order to absorb the impact of "In-Year" pressures and (b) the Director of Corporate Resources be requested to provide an update report in January, 2006, in line with the budget reporting requirements of the Financial Framework.

NATURE OF DECISION:            That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Pennine Playgrounds Limited in the sum of £53,092.19 on a fixed price basis in respect of Greenoak Park and Bingham Park and (ii) for the Head of Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the project; and                            (b) the spending profile be noted.

            (b) authority be given to report back to the Cabinet on the outcome of such consultation in March 2006.
