NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Burngreave Building Company in the sum of £323,486 on a fixed price basis in respect of Burngreave Facelifts 2005/06 - Contract 1 and (ii) for the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; and (b) the spending profile be noted.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to the payment of £100,000 to Sheffield Futures for support to the work of the Duke of Edinburgh Award in line with the 2005/06 Education budget proposals already agreed by the City Council for March, 2005, and by way of a variation to the existing contract.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given (a) to the capital expenditure to the total value of £215,248 as per the City Council’s take-up of its main (2004/05) allocation of Mental Health Supported Capital Expenditure (Revenue), (b) to register this as part of the Authority’s capital programme for 2005/06 and (c) to the process for authorising the allocation and use of this expenditure.
