NATURE OF DECISION:   That approval be given for funding from the Invest to Save Scheme to upgrade the cremators at Hutcliffe Wood and City Road Crematoria.

NATURE OF DECISION:  That (a) authority be given to the Head of Development Services to respond to the Government Office accepting the proposals in respect of the Inner Relief Road 2 (Surplus Land Values) for (i) the timing and method of valuation and (ii) the off-setting of any repayment against allocations for future Major Schemes should any be submitted and receive approval; and (b) it be noted that, until no longer required, funding of the existing shortfall of £645,000 will continue from the Strategic Reserve.

NATURE OF DECISION:   That approval be given to (a) the appointment of a contractor to undertake approved improvements to the Sheffield General Cemetery, (b) a variation to Standing Orders, (c) contract management arrangements and (d) the CPA Form A.

NATURE OF DECISION:   That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Consultant C, Chris Blandford Associates, in the sum of £59,703 for Stage 2 works for the rates and prices contained in their tender in relation to Lead Consultancy Services for Weston Park Restoration Project and (ii) for the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the service, (b) approval be given to the expenditure for Stage 2 sub-consultant work and other work by way of tender/negotiation as may be agreed between the Head of Environment and Regulatory Services and the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management; and (c) the spending profile be noted.
