NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be granted to accept the tender of Pennine Playground Limited in the sum of £134,969.52 on a fixed price basis for the Osgathorpe Play Area Scheme;
(b) the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management be authorised to issue a letter of acceptance for this project; and
(c) the spending profile be noted.
