NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given to accept the negotiated tender of Kier Sheffield LLP in the sum of £1,753,951 or such lesser sum should outstanding funding not be confirmed in respect of the Tinsley Surestart Family Centre; (b) confirmation be given to the action of the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management in the issue of preliminary orders for the early enabling works in order to maintain the Programme; (c) authority be given for the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management to issue an order for the remainder of the Project; and (d) the spending profile be noted.
