NATURE OF DECISION: That Woodside Wavy Top Houses (2-8 Gray Street and 31-35 Fox Street) be excluded from the Stock Reduction Programme, specifically as detailed in the Cabinet report “Towards Successful Neighbourhoods – Balancing the Supply and Demand for Council Houses”.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to accept a tender in the sum of £59,730 plus VAT for the provision of Project Management Support Services for the period 1st October, 2005 to 31st March, 2006 in respect of the delivery of Transform South Yorkshire’s “Delivering Design Quality” Project.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to amend the Neighbourhoods Investment Programme for 2005/06 from that approved by the Cabinet on 26th January, 2005 to reflect the impact of the 2004/05 out-turn on the programme and a re-profiling of expenditure between years to take into account progress to date on schemes currently included in the approved programme.
