NATURE OF DECISION: To approve, in relation to Beighton Integrated Development Plan Community Based Improvement Project, (a) the award of the grant to Sheffield Countryside Conservation Trust and the Business Environment Centre; (b) the Council entering into contractual arrangements with those organisations in respect of grant funding (the terms of the agreements will be agreed by the Head of Service, Planning Division, in consultation with the Director of Legal and Administrative Services) and (c) the Council’s own financial contribution to the scheme as identified in the report.

NATURE OF DECISION: To approve (a) the Parks, Woodlands and Countryside (PWC) Small Grant Aid Programme (£10,000) transferring to the Council Small Grants Fund (Neighbourhoods Directorate), (b) the transfer from PWC of the Heeley City Farm funding (£15,000) and management of the grant to Regeneration and Partnership in the Neighbourhoods Directorate and (c) a PWC Partnership Grant of £25,000 to the Sheffield Wildlife Trust and to give authority to the Director of Legal and Administrative Services, in consultation with the Heads of Parks, Woodlands and Countryside, to enter into an appropriate funding arrangement with the Sheffield Wildlife Trust.
