NATURE OF DECISION: To approve a revision of the approved Capital Programme 2003/04 Out-turn Monitoring Report in respect of the Education Directorate to take account of slippage of £4.232m from 2003/04 to 2004/05 and to approve the expenditure as authorised in the CPA forms for new/revised expenditure of £5.593m, giving a programme in excess of £58.479m for future years.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to the Project Report Forms in respect of the DEL Capital Programme 2004/05 at the levels indicated, totalling £1.955m and that the subsequent and further approval details for all Schemes are delegated to the Executive Director, DEL, in consultation with the appropriate Cabinet Member and be recorded as Band B decisions.

NATURE OF DECISION: To approve the implementation of the "Creating a Setting for Investment" Project as described in the report, including the Council undertaking the role and responsibilities of lead partner and the Council entering into such legal documentation and other arrangements as the Executive Director, DEL, in consultation with the Director of Legal and Administrative Services, considers appropriate to facilitate delivery of the Project and protect the Council's position.
