NATURE OF DECISION:   That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the negotiated notional tender of Kier Sheffield LLP in the sum of £188,000 in respect of Window Replacement Contract 2 2004/2005 and (ii) for the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management, to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; (b) approval be given to the expenditure of £304,250 for "other work" by way of Direct Order and (c) the spending profile be noted.

NATURE OF DECISION:   To note the appointment by Sheffield International Venues Limited of Clear Channel Entertainment (Theatrical) UK Limited (CCE) as managers for the operation of Sheffield Arena from 1st April, 2003, and to give City Council authorisation for the arrangements as required by the Agreement on the Future Management of Sheffield Arena, dated 31st March, 1990.
