NATURE OF DECISION:   That the proposals set out in the report on the North Sheffield Driveways Scheme be approved and that the Executive Director, Neighbourhoods, in consultation with the Director of Legal and Administrative Services be authorised to (a) approve and enter into contractual arrangements to provide vehicle driveways and hard standings for the use of individual households using Neighbourhood Renewal Funding allocated within Owlerton/Southey and Brightside/Shiregreen Area Panel Local Action Plans and (b) approve and enter into recoupment agreements with individual householders to recover the cost of the work over a period of up to four years.
