NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) the accept the negotiated tender of Kier Sheffield LLP in the sum of £199,036.99 in respect of Gleadless Nursery and (ii) for the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; and (b) the spending profile be noted.
