NATURE OF DECISION:  That approval be given for the visit of up to 10 Headteachers and six Local Education Authority Officers, including the Executive Director, Education, to Sweden on 27th/28th January, 2005, to look at good practise in a personalised learning environment in a group of schools in Sweden as part of work to develop BSF.
