NATURE OF DECISION: (a) the Education Directorate Revenue Budget Monitoring report to February, 2004, be noted and (b) the Executive Director, Education, be requested to continue to identify further management action, as required.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given for the Senior Manager, Regeneration and Development, to enter into contractual arrangements with the Sheffield College, Connexions and a range of other providers to deliver elements of the Vocational Skills Programme.

NAME OF CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Gill Furniss
NATURE OF DECISION: That Officers be authorised to continue to develop detailed arrangements, where appropriate, of Promotives, Fair Ground Operators, Traders and various Charity and Community Organisations pursuant to developing a programme of public events in the City's Parks, Woodlands and Countryside areas during 2004.

NAME OF CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Angela Smith
NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of N. T. Killingley Ltd. in the sum of £55,872.00 on a fixed price basis in respect of the footpath diversion and re-alignment of the football pitch at Hinde House School and (ii) for the Acting Head: Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the project;
(b) approval be given to the expenditure of £1,000 for “Other Work” by way of direct order; and
(c) the spending profile be noted.
