NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the report on the Central Library Replacement Lift be noted; (b) approval be given to the Project Report Form CP4 presented with a report committing £120,000 to install a new lift within Central Library that is fully compliant with all statutory and relevant regulations; and (c) procurement of the identified works is through the Kier Sheffield LLP as a local jobs compact scheme.
