NATURE OF DECISION:   That approval be given to act as Accountable Body for the Creative Content Hub Stage 3 Consultancy to (a) contract with Yorkshire Forward, (b) sub-contract with Digital South Yorkshire for delivery, (c) project management for the Contract and (d) draw down funding from Yorkshire Forward  and pay the sub-contractor.

NAME OF CABINET MEMBER:  Councillor Chris Weldon

NATURE OF DECISION:  That (a) approval be given to the strategy in respect of the Housing and Neighbourhoods Investment Project - Decent Homes as outlined in the report to enable an early commencement date of the works and (b) authorisation be given for the Assistant Head:  Design and Project Management to issue letters of acceptance to the three Partnering Contractors.

NATURE OF DECISION:   That approval be given to the procurement strategy in relation to the appointment of a consultant to carry out a research study entitled “A Physical Development Framework for the Upper Don Valley, Sheffield” under the conditions and timetables specified in the report.
