NATURE OF DECISION: That the Chief Executive's Directorate 2004/05 Capital Monitoring Report be noted and that, in line with the Financial Framework, the Director of Finance and Facilities be required to report back on the position as at the end of September, 2004.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the Heads of Service note the contents of the report and continue to manage any new expenditure commitments in order to absorb the impact of any "in year" pressures and (b) the Director of Finance and Facilities be requested to provide an update report in October, 2004, in line with the budget reporting requirements of the Financial Framework.

NATURE OF DECISION: That authority be given to the Director of Legal and Administrative Services to apply for a scheme to permit the disposal of part of Hillsborough Park to the Hillsborough Community Development Trust by way of a Lease for a period agreed by the Director on such terms as may be agreed by the Director, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for the Chief Executive's Directorate.
