NATURE OF DECISION: That, based on the valuation procedure set out in paragraph 5 of the report authority be given (a) to accept the Stage 1 Notional Tender of Contractor D, Wilmott Dixon Construction, to undertake the Stage 2 duties in respect of Chaucer School Phase 2 for the fixed price of £39,931 and (b) the Assistant Head: Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance to enable Stage 2 negotiations to commence on 6th December, 2004.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the Stage 2 negotiated tender for the Main Works of Quarmby Construction (Special Projects) Limited in respect of Burngreave and Fir Vale Sure Start in the sum of £747,436.40 and (ii) the Assistant Head: Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the Main Works; and (b) the spending profile be noted.
