NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Totty Building Services Limited in the sum of £230,444 with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations, with the undertaking that the necessary savings will be achieved to bring the tender in line with the budget in respect of Abbeydale Grange Drama and Music Block and (ii) for the Acting Head of Sheffield Design and Property to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; and (b) note the spending profile.
