NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given for (a) the Executive Director, Neighbourhoods to agree the terms of a Funding Agreement with English Partnerships for £1.2m to provide funding for the Council to purchase certain properties in the Sheffield Pathfinder areas and (b) the Manager of the Land and Property Unit, Housing, to agree the terms of the purchase of any properties under the English Partnerships Funding Agreement up to a maximum purchase price of £100,000 on any individual property.
