NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Willmott Dixon Construction Limited in the sum of £1,988,090 with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations in respect of Wisewood School Sports Centre and (ii) for the Assistant Head, Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; and (b) the spending profile be noted.
