NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Goldwing Developments Limited in the sum of £240,514.56 with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations in respect of Nook Lane Junior School, provision of integrated resource unit and (ii) for the Assistant Head: Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; (b) approval be given to the expenditure of £2,000 for "Other Work" by way of Direct Order; and (c) the spending profile be noted.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Controlled Demolition Group Limited in the sum of £769,990 at the rates and prices in the Bill of Quantities contained in their tender in respect of the demolition of the Claywood Tower Block and (ii) for the Assistant Head: Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; (b) approval be given to the expenditure of £138,000 for "Other Works" by way of direct order and (c) the spending profile be noted.
